Do you coordinate transfers outside Lima?
Yes. Lima, Peru is our reference location and we coordinate transfers nationwide and abroad, according to operational availability and the requirements of each case.
Do you work with my travel insurance?
We handle requests from foreign insurers and assistance centers. Each case is confirmed after verifying coverage, payment authorization and service acceptance.
What information do I need to request a quote?
The patient's current location, destination, type of service, estimated date and a contact. If an insurer is involved, the case or file number.
Can a patient travel with oxygen on a commercial flight?
It depends on the clinical indication and each airline's rules. All medical equipment requires prior airline approval before it can be confirmed.
How long does a funeral repatriation take?
Timeframes depend on the authorities, documentation and countries involved. We keep the relative and authorized contact informed at every stage.
How do I send medical reports or documents?
For your privacy, do not attach them to public forms. Once we receive your request, we will share a secure channel for them.
